Ricky Ponting was born on December 19, 1974 Launceston, Tasmania in Australia. He made his Debut for the Australian cricket team in 1995 against Sri Lanka in an one day international match. Ricky Ponting was a right handed batsman. He was known for his aggressive stroke play and his technical shot was very good. In his Captaincy Australian team was won two world cup in 2003 and 2007. He was very lucky captain and also a very good player for Australian team. His batting was very good. His Drives cover drive ooh just looking like a wow. In his era Every person joy to see his batting. Besides being a good player, he was also a good person. I am really enjoy, when ever i see his batting. Ponting Holds numerous records in international cricket. He is Highest run scorer in both Test and one day international ODI cricket. He also holds the record for the most test centuries by an Australian Batsman. He was really a great player in cricket history.
