Muttiah Muralitharan

                                        MUTTIAH MURALITHARAN

Muttiah Muralitharan was born on April 17, 1772, Kandy, Sri Lanka. He grew up in a Tamil Family in the midst of Sri Lanka's civil war. His Spinning Deliveries was very dangerous for every batsmen.  He was an off spin with a highly unorthodox  and effective bowling action. He delivered the ball with unique wrist flick. His balling Off spin was just amazing. His ball was getting too much turn when ever he was delivering the ball. He was a nightmare for any batsmen of the world. Because he was ability to spin the ball successfully. He holds numerous records in cricket. He is the highest wicket taker in both test and One day international ODI cricket. In Test he claimed 800 Test wickets, while in ODIs, he took 534 wickets. He retired from test cricket in 2010 and also retired from One day international cricket in 2011.
